Multygol Multylayer Pipe This pipe is produced in the most advanced technology and is considered to be the leading pipe made by this process. In Israel, Golan Plastic Products is the sole producer of this unique pipe. Multi - stage production MultyGol pipes are manufactured in three stages. At the first stage the inner pipe is produced and passes a meticulous testing process. After successfully passing all tests, the pipe passes to the second stage. At the second stage the pipe is coated with a layer of adhesive.On top of this layer an Aluminum foil is produced, formed and rounded to a shape of a pipe and seamlessly welded by a Laser beam. On the third stage, the Aluminium is coated with another layer of adhesive and a crosslinked PE layer, forming the outer wall of the pipe. Multylayer Pipe Advantages Due to the melting of the Aluminum foil lips during the butt welding process, the result is true seamless bonding. This has some advantages:
